Service Description
Private use of Beyond Town for 2.5 hours Up to 15 children. Each additional child is $25 *Custom Digital Invitations *Arched backdrop (various colors to choose from) *Water and Juice Boxes *Paper goods: large and small plates, napkins, cups, straws *24 cupcakes: 12 vanilla, 12 chocolate. *Cylinder Stands *White tablecloths with colored table runners *Return pass for each child *Bring a few accessories to coordinate with the colors you choose to make this the easiest themed party. *FOOD is based upon 15 children and 30 adults: 5 Large pizzas & Popcorn Chicken Tray; *Alternative food options available upon request. *Fruit and Veggie Tray *For an additional cost we can provide a balloon arch! *Several Add-On Services Available for your convenience!!
Cancellation Policy
Deposits for parties or private events are nonrefundable once booked. Party package pricing is for 15 children. Any additional children will be charged on a per child basis. You may bring in any outside food or drink with the exception of alcohol. A Beyond Town participation agreement is required for every child who enters the play area. Beyond Town socks will be provided for 15 children and available for purchase for any additional children. If something comes up on or before your big day, you may change your party day / time but options are based upon availability. In the case you need to reschedule, parties need to be hosted within 6 months from the original party date and cannot be cancelled and rescheduled again.
