Services Provided: Beyond Town agrees to delivery the following services for birthday party bookings:
Use of Beyond Town for 2.5 hours with a 30 minute set up and a 30 minute clean up time.
Assistance with party set up and break down
Cake cutting service
Cleanup Services

General Booking Policies:
A Beyond Town participation agreement is required for every child who enters the play area.
Beyond Town socks will be provided for 15 children and available for purchase for any additional children.
You may bring in any outside food or drink with the exception of alcohol.
Payment Terms:
A nonrefundable deposit will be deducted from the total party package option.
Party packages include 15 children. Any additional children will be added on a per child basis based on party package option choice.
Final payment will be due on the day of the birthday party when the final number of children has been determined.
Payments can be made by zelle, credit or debit card.
A service charge and applicable tax will be added to final package price.
If you appreciate our staff's service, let them know by included a tip.
Cancellation Policy:
If something comes up on or before your big day, you may change your party day / time but options are based upon availability. In the case you need to reschedule, parties need to be hosted within 6 months from the original party date and cannot be cancelled and rescheduled again.
If you are unable to reschedule your birthday party, you can apply the deposit to playtime by reservations.
If you selected Party Option 2 or 3 and need to cancel or reschedule, and food or cupcakes have already been purchased and are non-refundable, you will be responsible for the full cost of those items.
